HECS - HEALTHY ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING SYSTEM

Our new "Cleaning for Health" program was launched with an innovative approach to improved indoor air, minimization of microbial and fungicidal activities as well as sick building syndrome.

Cleaning for Health …. HECS, a breakthrough in Environmental Science & Cleaning Technology!

Mould and Bacterial Technology

Based on cutting edge science and cleaning technology, HECS Anti-bacterial Protective Treatment breaks the surface tension which allows the anti-microbial component to carry right through the surface

Mould remediation

Fungi eradication

Algae & moss removal

Flood/ Water Damage Restoration
(odour & mould remover)

HOW HECS WORKS?

HECS microbial protector is a polymer that covalently bonds, once applied, with itself to form a single molecule. This single molecule (2 atoms in thickness) acts like a protective membrane, encapsulating each and every fibre of the applied textile. *
>> See Germicidal Molecules

Most coatings are toxic (be it in the form of solvent or silicon based), are only able to protect the top of the surface and are easily wear off. HECS microbial protector is safe, one-off application that provides long lasting protection against multi-resistant bacteria species, fungi and mould harmful to the humans. As far as toxicity goes, it's as safe as soap.

* Test run by the leading local testing body and the University of Sydney has confirmed that the treatment can kill micro-organisms such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans up to 99.99% (Test results are available upon request)

Mouldy Bread
Description: Sections of a piece of bread treated with HECS anti-microbial show no sign of mouldy and fungi growth even after 3 weeks.

Features & Benefits:

  1. Significant reduces bacterial & fungi growth
  2. Significantly reduces airborne bacteria which causes viral attacks
  3. Eliminates allergens - fungal spores multiplication
  4. Soil & stain resistant. Takes the worry off accidental spots and spills in carpets/ upholstery/ mattress, etc
  5. UV resistant, reducing color fade on all treated surfaces in carpets & upholstery

Indoor Air Quality

Sick building syndrome is a modern problem that is often associated with high levels of fungal spores in air-conditioning dusts. Spores can gain foothold in ducts after entering a building on the shoes of workers or residents.

To achieve higher levels of protection, HECS Anti-Bacterial Treatment can be treated on the air vents; air-conditioning diffusers and air-handling units to ensure that indoor air can be purged to prevent contamination. Having a well-maintained air-conditioning system will not only save building owners money, but will also keep the occupants comfortable and healthy.

HECS (Healthy Environmental Cleaning System), a new approach to improved Indoor Air. State-of-art technology coupled with revolutionary anti-microbial cleaning helps to reduce the levels of bacteria, mould, pollens and fungi in the indoor environment.
