High-traffic premises, retail and F&B outlets, and homes with pets or young children benefit from quarterly or half-yearly cleaning — regular cleaning lifts embedded dirt before it damages the fibres and meaningfully extends carpet life.

Don't wait for visible dirt. Once high-traffic areas start to look dull or show soiling, the embedded dirt has already begun grinding against the fibres. Clean at that point and your carpet will look fresher for longer.

We move smaller items as part of the service. Heavy pieces like beds, pianos, and bookshelves stay in place — our technicians carefully clean around and under them where possible.

For a typical 1,000 sq ft office space, the cleaning itself takes about an hour. Carpets are touch-dry within 4–6 hours depending on humidity and airflow.

Yes. Fans and air-conditioning speed drying noticeably. You can also walk on the carpet barefoot or in indoor slippers immediately after cleaning without damaging it.

This is called wicking — when a stain has soaked deep into the carpet pad, re-moistening the carpet during cleaning can pull traces of it back to the surface as the area dries. A second pass usually resolves it.

Most, but not all. Bleach and aged urine stains can cause permanent discoloration of the carpet fibres themselves, which no cleaning method can reverse.
